I cannot begin to explain how wonderful this man is! The amount of care, service, & communication is unmatched. I had many questions that he answered right away & is just so pleasant to speak with. He walked me through every step & even reached out to tell me he got a sealant I originally wanted but didn’t have! His work is great & well worth its weight in gold. I love the uniqueness of the small notches in the wood too!!
The ONLY issue was a crack in the back of the backsplash during shipping (the box was a bit rough looking but can’t even tell really). Absolutely not his fault bc it was bubble wrapped to the 9s. I reached out & he offered to fix it right away! So yeah, he awesome. His work is great. I want more animals to justify buying more feeding stations from him.
