This shelf beyond exceeded expectations. It’s so well built and the attention to detail is superb. It also only took about 10-20 mins to assemble and install. It couldn’t have been easier! Not only was the product top notch, but the shop owner, Lew, gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He went out of his way to send updates via text that sometimes included pictures and videos. There wasn’t any guesswork in whether or not I would be satisfied with the end product because the customer service was that good. The shipping was also really fast (about a week)! Especially since it travelled from Canada to North Carolina. I’m already considering my next purchase from this shop and will be spreading the word as much as I can.
Great dog station… Zeus approved! Beautiful color! Only issue was a piece of wood that is coming off when I unpacked it. Seller offered to send new piece to replace free of charge!
