Customer requested a 16" 3 pipe swivel towel rack with a shelf so this is my creation and now available to anyone to purchase 🙂
Length of shelf can be 16" as shown up to 24" for same price
My towel pipe racks do in fact swivel.
First hand towel pipe is 6" pipe plus cap
Second pipe is 8" plus cap
Third one is 12" plus cap

I love this custom made Swivel Towel Rack. Lew provided me with outstanding customer service from start to finish and he kept me updated as my piece was being developed.
