Lew surpassed all of our expectations with exceptional service, quality, and craftsmanship. He thought if everything! He even finished the heads of the included wall fasteners (screws and sheet rock anchors) to exactly match the color of the towel rack. It looks flawless. Throughout the process of building our rack, he sent me photos and videos so I could watch the progress. Everything was wrapped very neatly and safely in bubble wrap when it arrived. I truly enjoyed working with him and will definitely purchase from him in the future. In the past, we purchased less expensive versions of pipe work elsewhere (and even tried to make our own). Lew’s work is SO much nicer than anything else I’ve ever seen or built and worth every penny. Thank you!!
